If you do find a pre-owned portable building, here are a few things to know about them:

- A Cook driver collects the shed and then assesses it for reconditioning.
- Some sheds we may determine need to be sold as-is, but most of our pre-owned buildings are reconditioned to be like new.
- All buildings are still eligible for the same warranties as our brand new sheds.
- With as little as a $200 deposit you can have it delivered to your backyard.
