Our pre-owned buildings are a great value and opportunity for customers to get the same quality and value at a lower cost. When a customer returns a building through the Rent to Own program, it’s collected by our drivers.
At Cook, our reconditioning process includes the complete repair of any damage and touch-up of components that show any wear or tear from past ownership. We stand behind our work and are confident that our sheds will last for years to come.
Unlike vehicles, equipment or appliances, portable buildings don’t have moving parts so there is nothing to wear out over time. So, our pre-owned buildings are reconditioned to be like new.
“We bought from Cook and we thought they our shed was a well-made shed. Never had any problem with it and well worth the price! In fact, we moved and are looking to buy another one. With the convenient payment plans, I think most people can afford the quality of a Cook Portable Warehouse. (From a satisfied customer)”

Trade-Up ProgramIt’s often difficult to guess what size storage building in the perfect fit for your storage needs now and in the future. Your Cook shed can often fill up faster than you would expect. Because of this, we recommend choosing one size larger building than a customer thinks they would need.
But, if you still end up needing a larger space no problem! With the Cook Trade-Up program, you can replace your current building and upgrade to a larger one that better fits your needs by just paying the difference in price.
The Trade-up program can also be used in conjunction with Cook’s Rent to Own. Past payments made toward the value of a shed can be transferred to a larger unit. We want to make sure every one of our customers has enough “room for their stuff.”
