Duties

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of products
  • Provide training to sales representatives
  • Prospect for new sales locations to optimize division performance
  • Assist existing and potential customers
  • Maintain consistent communication with representatives and Team Leader
  • Assist Team Leader in overall division performance
  • Monitor all sales employees presentations and provide guidance for improvement
  • Coordinate with Team Leader on quality of sales
  • Keeping up to date with industry changes in order to identify opportunity
  • Traveling to all sales locations

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible with schedule
  • Familiar with different sales techniques
  • Construction knowledge preferred
  • Overnight travel 4-5 days
  • Minimum of three years sales management experience
  • Minimum of three years sales experience
  • Valid drivers license
