Role of Sales Support Specialist:
Specialist will be responsible for assisting all sales personnel and Team Leader with support functions.
Duties:
- Process all incoming sales and change orders
- Process all inventory for sales lots and plant
- Preform customer confirmation calls
- Answer or conduct dealer and customers' calls for all orders
- Assist sales personnel and customers with order questions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Well organized
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Basic computer skills needed
- Inventory control experience
- Customer service experience
- Some supervising experience preferred
- Must complete criminal background check
- Must complete pre-employment drug screen
