Role of Collection Agent
To effectively increase department volume by providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients. Collector must work well within a group as well as independently.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with AR duties
- Must be self-managed and work well with others
- Well organized
- Goal-oriented
- Customer service/collections experience needed
- Accounts Receivable experience a plus
- Background check
- Pre-employment drug screen
The pay range is determined upon department performance $650-775 weekly. Benefits include health; dental; life; matching 401k; paid time off; and paid holidays.
