This summer we are excited to announce we are teaming up with RollnUp Smoke Shop in Southern Illinois to give away a backyard bar in their “Backyard Bar Summer Sweepstakes”! They’ll be taking entries for this shed at any of the RollnUp Smoke Shops through September 3, 2018.
We modified Cook’s 10×12 Utility Shed for the backyard bar and added our new premium features. Let’s take a closer look at what will be a great addition to the winner’s backyard!
The Utility Shed is one of our most versatile sheds we build, which makes it perfect for modifying when you want to create your own backyard oasis or workshop. Our premium options are brand new and only offered in a portion of our 14 state footprint. These features as seen above are:
- Faux Stone Wainscoting which is covered by a 5-year material and craftsmanship warranty.
- Dormer windows which add additional lighting without taking away wall storage space.

We added RV hookups ready for running water and electricity. You can plug it in using a 110v extension cord and a standard water hose. We input three outlets and a small hot water heater. And, something that’s still in the trial phase of production, are the metal door catches which you’ll notice on the front of the shed.
As you step inside, you’ll see we installed track lighting already set up and ready for electrical hookup. Track lighting allows you to control the light where you need it most, offering you increased flexibility. We’ve also already installed a small sink, bar table and stools. Below you’ll see we’ve decorated with bar room swag, including signs, napkin holder, bottle opener, and a non-slip bar mat all ready for use!
We’ve styled the backyard bar with stained trim and corrugated metal along the walls and bar.
The wood shelving really finishes the room, giving ample display space. You’ll also notice one of the electrical outlets, easily accessible at about waist height. There are two more outlets inside the shed.
