Shed Site Check: Saving you Money and Hassle

For that reason, Cook Portable Warehouses offers free site checks to our potential customers. If you’re unsure as to whether or not your favorite portable building style can be delivered to your location, we can check for you.

We have a variety of different shed styles so it’s important to choose a style that will fit your needs and your backyard. Here’s what we need to be able to deliver your building:

No trees, ditches or overhead wires or eaves in the delivery path.
Around 2 feet of clearance on either side of your shed, plus 14 feet in height clearance. Our smallest shed, the Slim Shed can fit through an 8 ft. wide gate.
Signed paperwork if our delivery drivers will have to cross another person’s property to deliver the shed.

If you’re not sure you have the clearance needed for your shed, our drivers are happy to stop by and check. As long as you’re within 50 miles of one of our dealer locations, we can schedule a driver to perform a free site check. This can save you money and hassle, allowing you to avoid attempted delivery fees.

Though delivery is free, you don’t want to pay for a shed that doesn’t fit. So, a site check is a great option, especially for those in an HOA community or if you have a fenced-in backyard.
