Not a plastic kit — the Cook Dog Condo is a real dog-kennel building, from $5,975 cash. It pairs an enclosed, insulated shelter with a covered chain-link run and gate, so your dog gets both a weatherproof room and a shaded place to be outside.
The shelter is built like Cook’s storage buildings — LP SmartSide siding, an architectural shingle roof, insulation, and a window for light and airflow — so it stands up to heat, cold, and rain far better than a molded igloo. At 8×12 it gives even a large dog room to stretch out, and because it sits on Cook’s notched-skid floor, it moves with you if you re-fence or re-landscape the yard.
The Dog Condo is a special-order building, so it isn’t kept on dealer lots. Your Cook dealer orders it for you and can walk you through timing and delivery.
