The 8×12 Dog Condo is Cook’s outdoor dog kennel with an attached covered run — 96 square feet split into two real spaces: an enclosed dog house in LP SmartSide siding under a shingled roof, and a fenced chain-link run with a gate so your dog gets shade and airflow without being shut inside. It’s a real building, not a wire-and-plastic kit — the notched-skid floor sits on pressure-treated joists, so it holds up to weather and to a large-breed dog, and it moves on those skids if you ever reconfigure the yard. A window brings light and ventilation to the shelter side. Color and placement are spec’d with your dealer at order. It’s the only size in our Dog Condo line.
